Album cover design – Fuzzbox
Album cover design and CD packaging design for the 80’s and 90’s fame pop band Fuzzbox. The iconic pop band are out with new and repackaged material. A strong bold punky, playful cover suiting the ‘female power pop’ of pop songs.
“We’ve Got A Fuzzbox and We’re Going To Use It who became Fuzzbox in the early ’90s are back! The band, who formed in Birmingham in 1985 had a string of hits including International Rescue and Pink Sunshine. The band have reformed under the (even longer) moniker of We’ve Got A Fuzzbox and We’re Going To Use It ! – Reimagined. To this end, a package to release a new self titled album of reworked material.
This is a gem of a record and illustrates the prowess of a very under-rated band. It has all the hits but on this most amazing occasion is gifted with incredible guest slots. For example, the likes of legendary of soul queen Melanie Williams, and Mark Refoy of Spiritualized, Pet Shop Boys and Spacemen 3 fame.

Music video design
Fuzzbox have returned with a powerful new line-up still under the healm of original member Maggie Dunne. Friedbanana were approached to create a new sci-fi music video design for the new track.
RGM writes: “This version of Supernova, captured by Friedbanana on the excellent video, witnesses the introduction of fantastic vocalist Firouzeh to the Fuzzbox collective, courtesy of Maggie Fuzzbox Presents. This particular Supernova excursion was based around the concept of the iconic vintage sci-fi TV show Space 1999, and tips its hat off to the kitsch genre, with the enigmatic vocalist sporting a space-age look, alongside featured guitarist, the iconic Gizz Butt formerly of The Prodigy and on-stage guitar-player with Foo Fighters.”
